ClinicHub is a healthcare technology company based in Ontario, Canada. We provide intake call management solutions specifically designed for primary care clinics — helping them handle the overwhelming volume of new-patient inquiries without adding burden to reception staff.
Our founders experienced firsthand the challenge of finding a family doctor in Ontario. Endless calls, outdated information, and a centralized waitlist (Health Care Connect) that is often overwhelmed and slow to match patients. We built ClinicHub to address this gap from both sides: making it easier for patients to find care and reducing administrative strain on clinics.

Why We Built ClinicHub
Ontario faces a unique healthcare access challenge: over 2.5 million people without a family doctor, clinics overwhelmed by intake calls, and staff stretched thin trying to help everyone while serving existing patients.
According to CIHI data, primary care access gaps continue to grow across Canada. Patients without a family doctor are more likely to use emergency departments for non-urgent care, leading to system-wide strain and worse health outcomes.
